This short documentary gives a detailed visual account of how M.C. Dean, Inc.performed the MISI installation in Chad. MISI stands for the Multinational Information Sharing Initiative. The goal of the program is to create a regional information sharing exchange among the militaries and governments of the countries in the Trans-Sahara region of Africa. Chad is the first country where M.C. Dean, Inc. installed satellite and communication equipment for MISI.
