Traveling to Dakar, Senegal in 2011, a small team from M.C. Dean, Inc. delivers a comprehensive design-build biometrics package to local law enforcement. The project entails designing the biometrics system and network, installing the equipment and offering a complete and tailored training package for the Senegalese.
