This photo was taken during a press conference given in Abuja, Nigeria during the 2008 Africa Endeavor exercise. The former Chief of Defence Staff, General A. O. Azazi is talking to the press. To his right is U.S. Air Force Lt.Col. Rick Dollesin, the AE Exercise Director for 2008.
