This photo was taken during the Initial Planning Conference of Africa Endeavor 09 in Dakar, Senegal. The soldier being photographed was observing a speech during the Opening Ceremony.

Justin joined Creative Services in 2007. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film Studies with a minor in Photography from Ryerson University, Toronto Canada; he has also taken part in a Cinematography Workshop at the Filmakademie in Ludwigsburg, Germany. Justin brings a wealth of experience as a freelance cameraman and photographer for events, documentaries, and fiction films to the GEO team. He was previously a studio photographer and photo/video instructor for MWR - US Army Garrison Stuttgart, Germany, as well as a marketing assistant /graphic designer for MWR Marketing.
