Liliana Serban

Liliana serves as the Director of the Research Department for the NATO School in Oberammergau, Germany.  Ms. Serban has studied Political Science, History, Human Resources and NATO issues.  She is an editor  and regular contributor to several NATO associated publications (POLARIS, NATO School Today Magazine and 10th International Civil-Military Relations Seminar).  A native of Romania, she serves on several international committees that promote Defense, Security and Democracy.
